1. Licence Grant

ClearCue Ltd grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use this timing file in:

  • personal creative projects

  • commercial projects

  • client work

  • online, social, broadcast, and film content

You may store and reuse this file indefinitely within your own editing timelines and projects.

This licence grants usage rights only. The file is licensed, not sold.

2. Prohibited Uses (IMPORTANT)

You may not, under any circumstances:

A. Redistribution

  • Resell, share, sublicense, or give away this file as a standalone asset

  • Include it in any:

    • template pack

    • preset pack

    • cue pack

    • course materials

    • plugins or tools

    • downloadable bundles (free or paid)

B. Derivative Timing Assets

  • Modify, edit, resample, or transform this file to create:

3. Ownership

You retain full ownership of your final creative works and edits.

ClearCue Ltd retains ownership of:

  • the ClearCue timing engine

  • all timing logic, algorithms, and computational structures

  • all embedded metadata and pulse designs

  • this generated file

  • all ClearCue branding and intellectual property

4. Permitted Project Use

You may:

  • place this file in any editing timeline

  • publish final rendered outputs containing it

  • deliver finished media to clients

  • keep it in your private editing library

No attribution is required.

You may not provide clients with the raw ClearCue file as a reusable asset unless:

  • the client independently holds a ClearCue licence, or

  • the file is inseparable from the final rendered media (i.e. baked into the export)

5. Revocation

ClearCue Ltd may revoke this licence if:

  • you breach these terms

  • your ClearCue account is terminated

  • you misuse ClearCue assets technically or commercially

Revocation does not affect:

  • previously published final works

It affects only your ongoing right to use ClearCue assets.
