End User License Agreement

CLEARCUE ENGINE
END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

Effective Date: 18/03/2026

1. Overview

This agreement governs your use of the ClearCue Engine.

ClearCue provides tools for generating timing structures for video, audio, and motion workflows.

ClearCue is designed to support creative decision-making, not replace it.

By using the Engine, you agree to the terms below.

2. What You Can Do

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

  • use the Engine to generate timing structures

  • use outputs in personal or commercial creative work

  • apply outputs in any editing, audio, or production environment

  • publish and distribute finished works that incorporate ClearCue outputs

3. What You Cannot Do

You may not:

  • resell or redistribute generated timing outputs as standalone products

  • package outputs into templates, marker packs, or commercial assets

  • share, sublicense, or distribute raw outputs to third parties

  • replicate or reverse engineer the Engine or its underlying systems

4. Ownership

The ClearCue Engine and its underlying systems remain the property of ClearCue.

You retain full ownership of your final creative works.

Generated outputs are licensed for use, not transferred as independent assets.

5. Commercial Licensing

If you wish to:

  • resell timing outputs

  • distribute timing-based products

  • incorporate ClearCue outputs into commercial toolsets or libraries

you must obtain an appropriate commercial or enterprise license from ClearCue.

6. No Warranty

The Engine is provided “as is”.

ClearCue makes no guarantees regarding:

  • performance in specific workflows

  • compatibility with all software environments

  • outcomes of use

7. Limitation of Liability

ClearCue is not liable for:

  • any loss of data, revenue, or work

  • indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Engine

8. Termination

This license may be revoked if these terms are violated.

Upon termination, you must cease use of the Engine and its outputs.

9. Changes to This Agreement

ClearCue may update this agreement as the product evolves.

Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
